Cherry Plains State Park (New York) – Outside Albany 2003 Tacoma SR5 XtraCab (2.7L 4cylinder) 4×4 – no lockers 2011 Wrangler 3.8L V6 – 4×4 We got bored after hitting up a lot of gravel trails (category 1-2 – 4wd required 20% of the time). Took a small trail through a field. It led to some power lines. Then it dropped in on a dried up creek bed (Category 3-4). We couldn’t video and drive at the same time especially during the difficult trails. But we still got some footage. It took a lot of planning, but we made it through. Should’ve checked the whole trail before starting up top at the easy part. More video’s to come with old mounted cameras. On a side note – running 35psi was horrible and stupid. I should’ve air’d down. Tacoma lists 29psi on the driver’s side door for road use.

I was trying to find a switch panel for my Jeep a couple years ago and didn’t like the aftermarket ones so I decided to keep it Jeep & recycled some more XJ parts. I removed the accessory switch panel from a ’98 Cherokee XJ and modified it to work in my ’91 YJ Wrangler. I installed it back in early 2011 and figured today I would share the idea. I hope this idea helps anyone looking for a factory style switch panel or anyone on a budget like myself. Should work in any vehicle. May do the same thing for my 1986 Chevrolet M1008 CUCV.

Jeep made a specail Jeep Wrangler Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 MW3 edition. It is a nice Jeep, but I wouldn’t want to take it to war. It’s more of a styling exercise than a practical up armoring of a Jeep Wrangler. They did a nice job with it, and I’m sure they’ll sell quite a few. It has a lot of custom parts which come together to make it a really cool Jeep.
